Product Description
Roke’s T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (T4 PNK) catalyzes the transfer of the γ-phosphate from ATP to the 5′-hydroxyl terminus of DNA oligonucleotides, generating 5′-phosphorylated DNA suitable for downstream molecular biology applications.
T4 PNK is commonly used to prepare DNA oligonucleotides for ligation, cloning, and adapter addition workflows, enabling efficient incorporation of synthetic DNA into enzymatic reactions. Roke's T4 PNK is supplied at 10,000 U/mL (10 U/µL) and includes a 10× reaction buffer to support reliable and reproducible phosphorylation under standard reaction conditions.
This product includes the following components:
| Component | Composition |
